Over 1,000 families have trusted our caring team to help.

At Georgia Probate Law Group, our top priority is the safety and well being of our team members and clients. We are doing our part to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 situation while continuing to serve our clients and have complimentary consultations with potential clients.

To that end, we have temporarily suspended in-person meetings at our office and all of our team members are working remotely. Our attorneys and paralegals have full access to case files, emails, notes, and other documents regarding cases. In lieu of in-person meetings, we are having a meeting by telephone or video conference.

Continuing To Provide Consultations and Services

Other than working remotely, it is business as usual for GPLG. We are continuing to advise our clients, represent their interests, and give our best professional efforts to accomplish their goals. We are also having complimentary consultations with new potential clients to find out how we can help them and their families.

Despite many courts in Georgia operating in a limited capacity, we will still be filing documents electronically (where available) and through the mail.

Once the courts resume full operations, we expect there to be a backlog of filings, so it is important for us to continue to file pleadings, petitions, and motions for cases even while the courts have restricted operations. That way, our clients’ documents will be in the best position for ruling or hearing once normal judicial operations return. Otherwise, the delays in receiving a decision or hearing from the court could be magnified significantly.

During the time that we are not having in-person meetings, we welcome meetings by telephone and video conference. Video conferencing can be a great option and will work with any smartphone, laptop, or tablet. When scheduling a meeting or consultation, please let our team members know your preference and we will be happy to accommodate you.
