Deanna is a Senior Client Coordinator at GPLG and has been with the firm since 2022. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, she brings a steady, welcoming presence to individuals and families reaching out during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. 

As the first point of contact, Deanna listens carefully to each caller’s situation, helps identify their needs, and explains how our legal team can provide support throughout the probate process.

In her role, Deanna guides families through the first steps of working with the firm. She speaks with new clients, collects the necessary information, schedules meetings, and makes sure everything is in order before the legal team begins its work. 

She also supports fellow team members, helping keep communication clear and consistent so no detail is overlooked. By staying in touch throughout the early stages, Deanna helps ease uncertainty and gives families a sense of direction during a difficult time.Her decades of client-facing experience have strengthened her ability to communicate with patience and clarity, her warm & friendly personality helping put grieving families at ease as they begin the probate process.
