Jenn M. Broel

As Senior Director at GPLG, Jenn Broel has been an integral part of the firm since its inception, helping oversee and shape its operations from the very beginning. In 2013, Jenn joined GPLG as a full-time team member and has since played a central role in building and sustaining the operational foundation that supports the firm’s growth and long-term success.

In her role, Jenn oversees the operational functions of the firm, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure systems, workflows, and internal processes run efficiently and consistently. She works closely with firm leadership to strengthen infrastructure, improve coordination, and support long-term organizational goals. Jenn also oversees GPLG’s facilities and interior spaces, ensuring the firm’s physical environment reflects professionalism, supports productivity, and creates a welcoming and supportive space for both clients and team members.

Before entering the legal sector, Jenn spent more than a decade in senior operational and administrative roles, managing compliance-focused programs, handling sensitive matters, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This experience strengthened her expertise in governance, confidentiality, and operational oversight within highly regulated environments.

Jenn’s professional background blends strong operational leadership with a service-driven mindset, emphasizing structure, discretion, and accountability. Known for her consistency, attention to detail, and steady leadership, she plays a key role in ensuring both clients and team members benefit from a well-organized, responsive, and positive work environment—particularly during some of life’s most important and challenging moments. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Erik, and their children, Chris and Sophia, who are actively involved in sports and school activities. She values time outdoors and enjoys applying her creativity to improving and designing spaces, both personally and professionally. In addition, Jenn is the Founder and President of the nonprofit Serving God’s Children, an organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged children, adults, and communities in Guatemala.
