Carol’s responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with probate and estate-related filings, supporting case progression, and ensuring clients receive timely, well-coordinated support throughout the legal process.
Before joining GPLG, Carol built substantial experience in estate planning, probate, and related legal areas. In her previous work as a Senior Paralegal, she oversaw probate matters, supported other paralegals, prepared court filings, and drafted a broad range of estate planning and probate documents.
She also handled business formation and governance documents, as well as litigation-related materials, including complaints, motions, responses, liens, and settlement documents. Through her work, Carol helped clients move matters forward efficiently, with careful preparation and attention to detail.
Carol earned an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Gwinnett College, graduating summa cum laude. A Georgia Notary Public, member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals, and longtime customer service professional, she combines technical skill with a client-centered perspective.
With nearly 10 years of professional experience, Carol brings discipline and a thoughtful presence to probate work, where families often need steady support and careful guidance after the loss of a loved one.
