Destiny M. Willis

Destiny is a Senior Client Consultant with nearly seven years of experience guiding individuals and families through the probate process. Having grown within the firm from front desk reception to the onboarding team, she brings a full-circle understanding of the client journey. 

Today, she works closely with potential clients after their initial outreach, taking time to understand their circumstances, clarify their goals, and help them feel prepared for the next steps.

In her role, Destiny trains and mentors new consultants while upholding high service standards. She also assists with client feedback, reporting, and other internal support when needed. 

Earlier in her career, she managed new client communications, scheduled consultations, prepared files, and ensured that attorneys received detailed summaries to move cases forward efficiently.

Before entering the legal field, Destiny built strong customer service and organizational skills in fast-paced environments, developing reliability, time management, and attention to detail. She studied at Chattahoochee Technical College and volunteers at her church on the production team. 

Destiny brings a deep understanding of the client experience from start to finish and is known for her calm, compassionate presence and her ability to empathize and communicate thoughtfully during difficult life transitions.
