As a senior administrative specialist at GPLG, Dianne has supported the firm’s operations since 2022, being focused on accuracy, organization, and team collaboration.
She oversees key administrative and operational functions, including staff supervision, accounts payable management, client expense tracking, firm financial reconciliation, and preparation of periodic performance and financial reports for management.
Her work helps keep financial correctness and efficient internal processes, creating a smooth and reliable experience for clients.
Before joining our team, Dianne gained impressive experience in administrative, financial, and data-oriented roles. She provided accounting and administrative services for a small business and managed banking, invoicing, and financial records. She also worked in a remote data moderation role, where she demonstrated strong accuracy and consistency.
Early in her career, Dianne spent many years in the criminal justice system, as an adult and juvenile probation/parole officer, and a drug court coordinator. She had advanced proficiency in supervision and effective caseload management skills. She worked closely with courts, social services, and treatment providers, supervised complex and sensitive cases, and prepared detailed reports. This experience strengthened her ability to handle sensitive information, meet strict requirements, and work effectively in high-accountability environments.
Dianne holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from LaSalle University and is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
