Kimberly is a Senior Attorney at GPLG, bringing more than 25 years of legal experience to representing individuals and families facing challenging legal situations. Her career spans public service, civil litigation, and trial advocacy, which gives her a well-rounded, client-centered perspective rooted in clarity, preparation, and integrity.
Kimberly began her legal career in public interest law when she served as a Staff Attorney with Georgia Legal Services Program, where she worked directly with people encountering important legal and personal challenges. She later built a substantial litigation practice over many years, holding roles as an attorney, senior trial attorney, partner, and head of litigation in private firms. Across these positions, she handled high-stakes disputes, motions, trials, and appeals, developing deep courtroom experience and strong advocacy skills. This background benefits probate clients via disciplined analysis, strategic thinking, and clear guidance at every stage of the process.
She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she held leadership roles and participated in public interest clinics, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University. Kimberly focuses on client education and transparency, making sure they understand their options and make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.
Outside of practice, she is a devoted mother, enjoys fitness and yoga, studies Italian and Ukrainian, and values travel—interests that reflect balance, dedication, and a commitment to both professional and personal growth.
