Her careful oversight ensures accurate invoicing and transparent client accounts, which helps clients understand their statements.

Before moving into probate law, Travie handled large-scale billing operations across several business divisions, managing invoicing, revenue tracking, account adjustments, and collections. Earlier in her career, she worked in sales and customer support, resolving account concerns, negotiating service agreements, and assisting with revenue reporting for major accounts.

Working in a probate setting has given her work deeper meaning. Travie understands that families often come to the firm during one of the most difficult times in their lives. With patience and empathy, she helps ensure billing questions are handled clearly and respectfully, so clients feel informed rather than overwhelmed.
